AltCoinTrader Easy Save Terms & Conditions

1. AltcoinTrader has taken every effort to ensure that our clients benefit from our Easy Save Account offering. We will strive to get great reward rates and provide a product that is easy to use and beneficial to our clients.

   Digital currency is not legal tender, is not backed by any government, and the AltcoinTrader Easy Save account is not a bank account nor a brokerage account. Reward rates are subject to change and are largely dictated by market conditions. This is not a risk-free product and loss of principal is possible.

   Rewards

   Rewards can be earned on selected cryptocurrencies and funds that are transferred into the AltcoinTrader Easy Save Account. The Easy Save Account provided by AltCoinTrader is a service whereby AltCoinTrader lends the contents of your Easy Save Account to selected third party partners. By transferring funds into the Easy Save Account, you expressly agree to allow AltCoinTrader to act on your behalf as a broker to transfer your cryptocurrency and funds to a third party.

   No rewards will be paid on any cryptocurrency asset or funds unless the funds have been moved into the Easy Save Account. AltcoinTrader or any of its staff will not access your account nor will respond to any instruction to move funds into savings on your behalf, all funds need to be added to the Easy Save Account by yourself.

   Rewards earned will be calculated annually and can be claimed daily. Rewards earned will not be compounded however you may claim rewards and then add more funds to your initial capital investment. Reward rates are variable and can change without notice and will vary with each supported cryptocurrency.

   Limits

   There are minimum and maximum limits on deposit amounts. During the initial phase these amounts are subject to change. Deposit minimums are around R5 (five rand) per asset. The maximum clients are allowed to deposit into the Easy Save account is around R5 000 000 (five million rand) per asset. The system will enforce these restrictions.

   Rewards can only be claimed once a minimum of around R1 (one rand) has been earned per asset. Claiming & Existing will claim all outstanding rewards earned.

   Funds can be added a maximum of once every 12 hours. Attempts to add funds more often will not be accepted.

   Risks

   Rewards are not guaranteed as AltcoinTrader will pay rewards on the basis that AltcoinTrader has received rewards or commission from third-party lending providers. Your crypto that will be lent to a third-party and is not insured or guaranteed as AltcoinTrader no longer holds your cryptocurrencies in custody, and has transferred the contents of the Easy Save Account to the aforementioned third-party. AltcoinTrader cannot be responsible for the safe keeping in any form or manner for crypto that has been transferred or deposited into the Easy Save Account. All for cryptocurrencies that are deposited in the Easy Save Account are transferred at your own risk.

   Termination and Suspension

   AltCoinTrader reserves the right to suspend any Easy Save Account that is deemed to be incorrectly calculated until the errors are rectified. AltCoinTrader will at it’s sole discretion reverse any proceeds from your main or Easy Save Account to rectify any errors incurred.

   AltCoinTrader reserves the right to suspend any Easy Save Account should AltCoinTrader suspect you of taking any action that AltCoinTrader considers to be a circumvention of any policies and procedures or any illegal activities defined by the laws of South Africa.

   AltCoinTrader reserves the right to suspend any Easy Save Account or main wallet at the request of law enforcement agencies in which time no rewards will be calculated or paid to the savings wallet until the matter is resolved.

   AltCoinTrader reserves the right to terminate the Easy Save Account without notice and move the funds back into the main wallet.

   Regulation

   AltCoinTrader is committed to upholding the Financial Intelligence Center Act KYC policies and Procedures. In order to ensure that we meet these standards, we may require you to provide additional documentation and personal details when utilising the Easy Save Account and the AltCoinTrader trading platform

   As and when regulations are amended or introduced AltCoinTrader will at adherer to the regulations and will amend Easy Save Account service terms accordingly
